Lodgical is a web-based application that streamlines the handling of the day to day operation of Masonic Lodges, Chapters and other Orders

Intended primarily for Secretaries and Treasurers, it allows all members to log on to respond to a summons and view information of specific interest

Subscription calls, summonses and other messages can be sent directly to members from a dedicated lodge email account

Charity Stewards are assisted to monitor their specific activities

Using Lodgical

To preserve the integrity of the records, permission is restricted to access specific parts of the app.

  • Secretary can access and edit all aspects of Membership and Meetings
  • Treasurer can access and edit all financial issues and prepare annual acounts
  • Members can reply to Summonses, review their own record and view Lodge news, history etc
  • The Charity Steward can access and edit details of donations and collections
  • The Master has read-only access to the whole system
  • We offer a Demonstration Lodge that is a fully working system with two years sample data that you can edit to see how Lodgical works.
  • When satisfied with the Demonstration, you can Live-Trial the system using your own lodge data, imported with Easy-Start
  • Our comprehensive User Guides set out clear, straight-forward instructions to assist with all aspects of Lodgical.
